Introducing PAL ElderCare™
Why PAL ElderCare?
Total Care and Peace of Mind

Total Care for Loved Ones...Peace of Mind for Families

What if you never had to worry
about your loved one's care again?

Peace of mind is possible through the PAL ElderCare Program™.

The PAL ElderCare Program is how The Elderlaw Firm will protect and maximize your loved one's physical, legal and financial well-being from the day the plan is created until the end of his or her life.

Your ElderCare Program includes the services of Dennis Toman, Certified Elder Law Attorney, Elder Care Coordinators, and other members of our staff who work together to coordinate care, maximize quality of life and protect family wealth for future generations.

Every ElderCare Program is designed to achieve three primary objectives:

  • Help you ensure that your loved one gets appropriate care, whether at home or in a residential facility
  • Locate public and private sources to help you pay for long-term care while solving the asset protection problem created by the high cost of care
  • Give you and your family the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your loved one is safe and getting the right care

Depending on your needs, your loved one's ElderCare Program will include some or all of the following services:

Legal Services to protect assets, coordinate public and private resources to pay for long-term care, and preserve family wealth for future generations

Advocacy Services to help you get the highest quality health care and long-term care for your loved one

Care Coordination Services by experts who do whatever is necessary to protect and promote your loved one's quality of life

Medicare & Insurance Assistance by experienced staff who understand your options and help you resolve eligibility and coverage problems

Once your Life Care Program is designed and written, it is a living document that changes along with your loved one's changing needs. It remains in force until the end of your loved one's life.

The Elderlaw Firm is your Family's Trustworthy Legal Guide to the ElderCare Journey

At The Elderlaw Firm, we use a model called the ElderCare Journey to help families understand the natural progression of aging and its impact on a loved one's health, mobility, housing and financial resources.

Most traditional elder law attorneys, Medicaid planners and senior advisors won’t work with you until you’re facing the asset protection crisis created by the need for nursing home care. Until the crisis, which typically happens late in the elder’s life, the burden of researching, coordinating and delivering care for the elder rests squarely on the shoulders of the primary caregivers.

Your first meeting with Dennis Toman and his team will focus on identifying your loved one's position on each resource line of the ElderCare Journey and to identify gaps in care. When your customized ElderCare Program is developed, it will define, organize, prioritize and mobilize every aspect of your loved one's care from the time the plan is completed until the end of his or her life.
